Thats fucking stupid... get 2 fucking dollars and by some papers. Why don't you just cook the weed if your to damn underage and poor to buy papers. And if you can't get afford a pipe, let alone papers than don't buy weed for a week buy papers than buy weed. And EVEN IF your underage 7-11 or not so popular tobbaco stores will sell you papers. I would buy rolling papers for cigs and joints when I was 15.

Just... don't. All kinds of nasty chemicals in receipt paper, even if there's no ink. Make something. Hollow out an apple or whittle a pipe out of a stick. Be creative.
A bible is an ideal source for substitute rolling paper.

I used to use receipt paper when I was underage. You needed ID to buy papers, so there weren't many alternatives. The smoke is nasty, but it's manageable. I would even use glue-stick to seal it. Best bet is to ask your dealer for some papers. They might buy it for you next time you go to grab if you mention you're smoking receipt paper and glue.
Lazy kids. In my day we used to use whatever we had around us, with a mixture of creativity and build something. The country's going to hell in a handbasket. 
receipt paper is nasty as fuck.. seriously use notebook paper or part of a fucking envelope b4 receipt paper! some receipt paper has chemicals and other horse shit on it.
use bible paper instead
Bible paper sucks, find an Arab tobacco store and they will sell you cigarettes, blunts or rolling papers. Or find a socket or make a tinner.
Dude, ever heard of a soda can pipe? Or even roll up some aluminum foil to make a pipe. We used to make steamrollers out of a bit of aluminum foil and a cardboard tube from paper rolls. Most receipt paper has nasty chemicals in it, especially if it is the thermal type of receipt paper. Ink from printed pages is bad for you too unless it is Soy ink, but I doubt many bibles use Soy ink.
Apple pipe, gravity bong, or aluminum foil would be a better option.
