Friday, December 31, 2021
- 6:00 pm –The Creative Celebration begins for all Croppers– upon arrival participants will receive the EXCLUSIVE 2022 Creative Celebration Paper Pack, 12 Make and Takes, Finger Foods, Beverages and Door prizes will also be available throughout the night.
- 8:00 pm – Mega Make and Take begins for Ticket Holders – upon arrival participants will receive the EXCLUSIVE 2022 Creative Celebration Paper Pack, 12 Make and Takes, Finger Foods, Beverages and Door prizes will also be available throughout the night.
- 8:00 pm – "The Kilnbillys" will begin to play! Enjoy a great mix of music from the 70's, 80's and 90's.
- 8:30 pm – Deadline for Swap Participant entries.
- 9:00 pm – Door Prize Drawing
- 9:30 pm – Swaps will be distributed
- 10:00 pm – Door Prize Drawing for swappers only!
- 11:00 pm – Door Prize Drawing
- Midnight – Toast in the New Year – Champion Flute & Sparkling Cider included

- 2:00 pm – 50/50 Raffle Tickets go on sale
- 5:00 pm – Raffle Ticket winner will be drawn
- 9:00 pm – Door Prize Drawing
- 11:00 pm – Midnight snack served
- Midnight – Crop Room Closes

- Page Swap – make 5 identical 12×12 pages
- Layout Swap – make 5 Two Page 12×12 layouts
- 2022 Swap – put 22 of your favorite items into a photo box
- Steampunk Swap – create a work of art from your Steampunk stash – this can be a mixed media project, multiple card collection or a two-page layout
