Open a support ticket so they can better assist you.....
honestly tho..I am not sure what good it dose, but they might be able to restore your park, just so you can freeze again and have to repeat the process of deleting then reinstalling.
since I hadn't spent much I gave up and restarted twice now..and right now my game is frozen(won't load again). But I am waiting for them to fix there glitchy app and release a updated app with bug fixes, before I play again.so I don't lose my park again, and have to contact support again..as it's not fixing the issue when I contact them, they fix the problem yes..coins/buildings lost due to crashes..but not the cause of the crashes/freezing we all are having issues with.

Just got the notice a update is in the store.
if your on the old app, update it and restart the game, when it starts it might ask you if you want switch parks as it logs into your Game Center, if not, compleat the tutorial and log out, when you log back in it should prompt you with a question to switch parks.
i had to run the tutorial and log out, when I ogled back in, then it asked me to switch.(thought I had lost my park again after I updated, So decided I would hope for the best and start again.)

Hello I just lost my lvl 18 park . I thought I had my park linked currently because when I tried to log in on my tablet it said lvl18 and I hit current but it went back to when I was lvl18 and when I tried to go back on my phone it was on the lvl5 as well. Please help me get my higher progress park back I love the game and I don't want to start over again. I've been trying to submit a ticket through Atari website but all it does is refresh after I try to submit. I have all the required fields filled but still the same issue. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I have the same problem!

I was lvl 31 and probably the app wouldn't load anymore from the server. The loadingbar was all the time in the beginning with no movement.
Deleted app, reinstalled and still the same problem. Even after reset of device.
After a second time, app loads at lvl 22.

My son just came in desperately crying because he lost his park as well. Is there any way to recover it? I tried browsing around for some sort of backup file or something but am personally unfamiliar with the game. He's been playing this game with all his screen time so it was quite devastating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, my park has also been deleted. it made me start all over again with the tutorial, then I finished the tutorial and deleted and redownloaded again. Then it asked me if I wanted to open a previous park but that park was the one that I only did the tutorial on. So I lost my good park. I don't remember all the information about my park but I'll try to write down what I can:
Tycoon code: (I can out the current one but I don't know the one from my old park) CPNHQ7
Version: Most recent
Park Name: We're Closed
Park Level: Maybe 12?
Game Center ID: conanobrian0550
Facebook: Tanner Hulsebus
My park disappeared today 1/18/16
I don't know why the park got deleted I just opened it up after not playing for about 8 hours or so, then it just put me straight into the tutorial. I didn't reinstall the game until after the issue.
