I ordered Scrapbooking product on March 31st. Have not received product. Will not answer phone, messages or emails. On March 30,2021 I watched a virtual Facebook presentation by Kay Hodges for scrapbooking layout kits. I messaged her and she replied in a couple hours that I could find all the products on their website Scraptique, Inc. I placed my order on March 31st and my payment cleared my bank on April 1st. On the site she states shipping is usually 1-3 days and you will be notified of any delay. My receipt number is SNS 3479-9655-11606 in the amount of $47.53. Product was $24 for the Spring/Easter kits and $10 for the Spring Vacation kit and shipping was $13.53. After 10 days I reached out by phone to find out when my order would be shipped. The call went to voicemail. I left a message but have not received any response. Since that time I have also left several messages through Facebook messenger and sent emails to the store email that sent my receipt. I have also tried to reach her by phone with no response. I have even reached out to Megameet, the company that sponsored the event and they have not gotten any response back either. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation. …Read More

Desired Outcome

I would accept the prompt shipping of my scrapbooking kits by first class mail with tracking that I paid for but if this is not done I want a full refund. …
